At SNEAKERSNSTUFF, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the sneakers in their original shoebox, then pack them inside a separate shipping box to ensure the product packaging remains undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your shipping box, covering any old barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
